These blank beader blades give you the freedom to create custom molding profiles, match historic trim, or experiment with your own designs. When you’re doing custom moldings, having the ability to make your own profile is huge.

Made from the same extra-hard 1095 blued spring steel as my 66 beader cutters, these blanks are ready to be shaped into whatever your project demands.

Notes

• Shape with files, stones, rotary tools, or abrasive wheels.
• Waterjet cutting leaves a slight burr on one side. Install the blade with the sharper-feeling side facing you.
• These blanks are supplied unfinished so you can create the exact profile you need.
• Sold as a set of three.

Woodyah Tip

Use one blank for rough shaping, one for refining, and one as your final cutter. Having three blanks on hand makes dialing in a custom profile much easier. Supplies are limited.
