I did a thing. I made a router plane to use the small router blades I already trust — and it works. It’s smooth, stable, and built for the kind of joinery cleanup that usually makes you wish you had a router plane… without dealing with proprietary cutters.
Most router planes push you into proprietary irons, odd cutters, or “good luck finding that part.” In my shop, I already have small router blades that are consistent, replaceable, and proven. So I built the tool around the cutters — not the other way around.
The goal is simple: keep you in the shop.
If you want updates as this evolves, join the interest list. No preorder. No pressure. Just a way to follow the build and get first notice if I do a small batch.
Woodyah prototypes are how the best stuff gets born: build it, test it, improve it, then release it when it’s right.
