66 Beader Set — Extra-Hard 1095 Blued Steel (0.050")

If you’ve ever stopped mid-project because you didn’t have the right beader profile… this fixes that. This is a complete 66-blade beader set cut from extra-hard 1095 blued (blue-tempered) spring steel for crisp beads, clean details, and repeatable results.

I ran the first batch myself — small beads, the full 66 set, and the deep V for carvers reaching the bottom of V-grooves. They work.

• 66 blades — a wide range of bead sizes and profiles in one set
• Extra-hard 1095 blued steel (Rockwell C48–C51) for long edge life
• 0.050" thick cold-worked, hardened spring steel
• Waterjet cut + lightly tumbled — clean feel, minimal burr
• Optional “depth-stop nib” — helps resist slipping (file it off if you prefer)
• Rust protection: treated with Union Metal Elixir

Sharpening (important)

• Don’t reshape the profile. That’s the whole point of a matched set.
• To refresh the edge: flatten the back and front—light passes, keep it true.

• Some blades may show minor cosmetic scratches from finishing/handling.
